In 2002, Mr. Quinn was awarded the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) Designation by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Chicago, IL.  The CBI Designation requires documenting practical experience, passing at least 60 hours of rigorous curriculum, passing a comprehensive written examination, and pledging to uphold and practice IBBA's Code of Ethics.
